11/11今天參加了創新科技嘉年華義工，這是一个非常有義意的活动，令我獲益良多，使我對服務性行業有更深入的認識，及體會！

在这次的活动中，我获益匪浅，我在这天的工作就是打电话给家长进行通知和进入课堂的登记，一开始我不敢跟着台词打电话给家长，很害怕自己会说错，亦很担心家长的态度会很差，甚至会不接电话，但是渐渐的，我发现并不需要害怕，因为家长其实都很和善，也不会有太过分的要求，而且工作人员也很友善，她们很清楚的告诉我们我们的工作，也很关心我们，在我们遇到困难和不明白的地方，他们也会十分积极的帮我们解决问题。这次的活动给了我全新的体验，让我体会到了身为一为工作人员的幸苦，但是也明白了这一工作的乐趣，希望学校能举办更多类似的活动。

I am glad to have chances to do volunteer at museum of science on 11/11 . I worked in Conference reception almost the whole day. It was very meaningful and fruitful! 這次的活動具有生前未有的挑戰性，因為我是第一天有整日的時間来做義工。平時我做義工的機會不多，而且又不會特意抽空出外做義工，所以這次活動機會對我頗重要。那天，我們的崗位是報名及接待處，負責打电話提醒及詢問家長子女是否出席。然後我們要記下子女的出席記錄。起初我做得手忙腳亂，但漸漸地熟習了。這次活動考驗着我的应变能力，鍛煉我的對答能力，因為家長有時會提出疑問，我必須要有技巧、有禮地回应。總括來說，這次義工服務使我獲益良多。

n 11/11, I went to Science Park InnoCarnival to do voluntary serive. It was tiring to work all day calling participants and checking their names. But it was a very fun and new experience for me.I have learned how to work in the future!

I think this activity is very meaningful and I had learnt a lot.After this event ,I have learnt that the people who worked at the reception was very tiring and we have to prepare for different types of situation like asking where is where and what event are suitable of their children.THis was a great chance for mr to learn how to communicate with others and larn to be poliet because I always speaks with an impatient tone ,I can know that we have to disturbute our work so that we can have the same work load and when others have too many things to do,we need to give a hand to him or her.I have learnt that we should be greatful when there is a man or woman came and help you because he or she has no responsibility to help and support you.I hope ther will be more activties like this.

I was glad to be the volunteer for this activity. Frist, this was my first time to went to HKSTP, which compounded all the advanced technology in Hong Kong so I felt stunned and pleased. Second, volunteer works are exceedingly meaningful and great for our life so as to recommend  more teenagers to partake  volunteer works especially for this activity. Third, we needed to meet many strangers including parents and children so you need to be brave enough to communicate and help them from difficulties because our role were helpers. Therefore, this activity really gave us an edge.
      In conclusion, it is a brilliant opportunity for students to learning things   that class can not be learnt.

我 在11/11到香港科學園創新科技嘉年華工作坊做義工, 實在令我獲益良多，從中也可學習學校沒有的東西 ， 擴闊視野。

我在這次的義工活動學到很多與人溝通的技巧，因為我在這次義工活的任務是要負責打電話提醒網上報名參與工作坊的家長岀席活動，所以我要耐心地提醒家長活動時間和地點，還要在活動開始前為小朋友點名，尤其是一些比較活潑的小朋友，實在需要大量耐心照顧。另外，我在這次的義工活動也認識了更多年紀比我大的師姐，師姐們都很友善的教導我不太明白的東西。同時亦很感謝在科學園職員的幫助順利完成這次義工活動。
